The first couple of times I tried to install it seemed to time out after I chose what topics I’d like. I deleted it from my phone, reinstalled, and only chose one category (you can add more later) and it completed installation with no issues. I’m not sure why selecting multiple news categories would make a difference, but limiting the categories during the initial startup got it going. I hope this helps you; it’s a useful app.
